I am going to court next week. I am not making the application, but someone is suing me saying that I have not paid their invoice. This is not true and I have evidence to show this. They can assist with the legal complexities that might arise. I have been having a look on the internet and wondered whether anyone has an experience of using a McKenzie Friend. I am wondering whether they are just as good a solicitor. I can’t find any down sides to using a McKenzie Friend. They know the law and help you with anything at court. I am thinking that I might use their services just so I can be sure that I have a good defence in my case.
